Chief Executive Officer/President
As the CEO and Founder of Falconwood, Inc. Allie Lawaetz is responsible for running all facets of the business. Ms. Lawaetz has a proven executive management track record and over 20 years of experience driving revenue growth in the technology industry.
Ms. Lawaetz founded Falconwood in 2002 and served as the Program Manager with overall responsibility for Falconwood support to the Program Executive Office for Enterprise Information Systems. Ms. Lawaetz had overall programmatic responsibility for cost, schedule, and performance in the execution of Falconwood contract delivering engineering, enterprise, and logistics support services. Ms. Lawaetz served as an integral part of the Department of Navy (DON) acquisition of the Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) as a key member of the Requirements Acquisition Collaboration Team from the first day of RFP development in 1999 to contract award and development of the Next Generation Enterprise Network (NGEN) RFP and transition from NMCI. Additionally, she served as the Legacy Applications and Network Lead for migration of legacy networks and applications to NMCI and led projects for numerous DON-wide software and hardware acquisitions and most importantly the Content Discovery Project, resulting in DON SearchNavy used today and the Gateway Performance Improvement project. Prior to Falconwood, Ms. Lawaetz worked with SAIC as a Senior Analyst and served as the NMCI Requirements ACT Deputy. She was instrumental in assisting in the enterprise-wide requirements development and transitioning of the DON over to NMCI. Ms. Lawaetz is a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps having previously served as a Motor Transport Operator. She earned a Bachelor of Arts, Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.
Travis Jones
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer at Falconwood, Inc, Travis Jones is responsible for the day to day corporate operations and ensuring that all of the systems, resources, and people are in place to achieve the goals of the company. He brings more than 35 years of experience to Falconwood. His experience and leadership have been focused on developing and delivering technology-driven business services and solutions, providing outstanding client service, and driving profitable revenue growth.
 
Prior to joining Falconwood in 2011, Travis held senior operational roles with small federal contract industry companies and large industry leaders such as BAE Systems. Additionally, his 20 years of military service within the United States Marine Corps has provided him with the leadership and expertise in improving efficiencies within corporate operational settings.
 
Travis has a Master’s Degree in Management and Acquisitions from Webster University and a Professional Graduate Certificate in Government Contracting from Webster University, (DAU Level III equivalent). Travis also holds a Graduate Certificate in Program Management, Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Management from National Louis University.
